I will assume this was an order placed on the Serif/Affinity website, so you need to email affinityorders@serif.com, with the full details of your order and request that they allow you to change to and access the Windows version. You may not receive a reply until Monday, at the earliest, since it is now the weekend in the UK and various other forum threads suggest they have been rather overwhelmed recently with similar email requests.
