I am missing somthing here. I want to draw several lines on a photo. I use the pen tool and click the lines icon and draw a line. All ok so far, when I go to draw the next line, the first line dissapears! What do I need to do to draw multiple lines on a photo? I am using the Windows desktop version of Affinity Photo.

Thanks

Tony

Hi Tony H-S :)

Please double check that your stroke is not set to 0pt, as when you draw the pen line you'll see the highlight of that line.  Then when you go to draw the next line, it will deselect the last line and therefore remove the highlight, causing the stroke to appear to disappear.

If you check your layers tab, you likely have many curve objects created all with 0pt thickness and are therefore not visible on your page. You can select all these curves and change the thickness, or delete them and start again with the pen tool!

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
