Problem installing - Windows 7

Hi, I need some help installing Affinity Photo.

I purchased the software and downloaded the installer. When I run it, it asks me if I want to run it. It shows up as a process in the task manager for a few seconds then disappears.

I have Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1.

Is that Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit? We only support 64bit OS.

32 bit unfortunately, is there anything I can do?

If your processor is 64-bit then you can install a 64-bit version of Windows 7, 8.1 or 10. If your processor is 32-bit, there’s nothing you can do (short of buying  new computer).
