V58 Crashes On Open of V57 Document

Recommended Posts

@tjpanda

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :)

Yes, sorry Sadly it is not even restricted to build 57 files. Make the same file in build 58 and it will save but not reload. This will be addressed in #59 Sorry again this was not caught.

I have very suspiciously not downloaded the v. 58.  I can reopen a document originated in v. 57.  Although once it crashed.  Then the second time I tried to open the same thing, it opened.  Question.  Can I replace v. 57 with v. 59 when it comes, or do I have to go from 57 to 58 to 59.   Really stupid about some of the technological aspects to this stuff.  Naturally I am a WHIZ as an author.   M'm'm'm'm'm.
