Snapping at spread mid point

Snapping at the spread mid point isn't working for me.

(MacOS 10.13.6)

Edit: Sorry, centre of images won't snap to spread mid points, edges do, and text box edges do as well. Probs not a bug.

The centre of images are snapping o mid points for me here. I shall take it that the mid points for the spread are definitely turned on int the snapping options?
