MonkeyMe
I'd love to see that the panels could be integrated into the panels on the right side of the UI, also they are way too big and taking too much real estate especially on a laptop screen. VarrusKane
In general, Serif needs to make their Affinity products' UI more customizable. At least, in my opinion. Adobe does a lot of UX things wonderfully, and other things horribly (including some UI and UX design ones), like that all their software are bloated like a well fed gigantic toad. MonkeyMe
4 minutes ago, Arun Sarkar said: Yes! it takes to much space even for my 20 inch desktop screen. I wish Apub's panels works like Plus Range, i.e. auto hide or hide option. Hide.webm Yep! I don't have any problems on my 27 inch iMac and there I'm working with two screens. But frankly, when do we need the pages panels at all? When we're designing masterpages and pages in the beginning and then again at the end of the publishing process, when it comes to fine tunes of certain pages or re-arranging them. When I don't need a panel, I typically close it. A panel taking of nearly a quarter of the whole screen when I don't need it is extremely distracting if not annoying. Besides, thanks for commenting! Schirmbild
I second to make the Affinity products' UI more flexible. And I thought too that many icons in the UI are not that well designed, while on others I thought: wow! The UI is definitely an area where Affinity hast to look into, say the graphic in general has to be improved. MonkeyMe
MonkeyMe
Whoops! I found the hidden button. Besides to the panel caption on the left, e. g. "Pages" there's a small square with two parallel lines in it. When hitting this tiny box, you can drag it out from its docking position and put it elsewhere.
