Had I bought for Windows the license would also work on Mac os. How do I get my Mac licenses to run on Windows instead? If you buy for Windows it's licensed only for Windows, and is you buy for Mac it's licensed only for Mac. There are no Mac licenses for any app you bought through the Mac App Store. They are all tied to the Apple ID you used when you bought them.
