washingtonegas
Hello, I'm evaluating Affinity Designer and Photo to replace AI and PS in our workflow, what I need is to make a very smooth gradient without artifacts, is there a setting in AD where I can do this? Staff MEB Posted July 23, 2018 Staff Share Posted July 23, 2018 Hi washingtonegas, Welcome to Affinity Forums Check if Dither gradients is ticked in Affinity Designer/Photo Preferences, Performance section (this only affects the display/rendering of the gradient inside the app - on export gradients are always dithered). You can also increase the document's Colour Format to 16bit (menu File ▸ Document Setup, Colour section).
