Michael Fitzgerald
First thank you for allowing me to join. As a long-time Adobe user, I've decided the subscription model is not for me. Designer appears remarkably intuitive and I look forward to using it to the full. One thing though: why must I buy my mac version through the Apple store? Surely it would be much easier for customers if you sold it yourselves (as you do the Windows version). Some of us find Apple very difficult to deal with, especially when email addresses and passwords are changed. That said, Designer and Photo are now safely installed on my iMac - roll on Publisher. Staff StevenS Posted July 23, 2018 Staff Share Posted July 23, 2018 Hi Michael, Welcome to the Affinity forum! As a company we were solely focused on Windows products since 1987, and the App Store has helped us make that transition to getting out apps to the Mac market. However we wouldn't rule out the Mac versions being available through our site at some stage in the future. stokerg 1 Quote Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.
