Titus Tears
Hello All, What is the best way to do create a Pie Chart. Each individual segment needs to be coloured differently. Each segment will not be equal in percentage size / segment size. All suggestions would be great. peter
Hi Nigel, welcome to the forums. There is no pie chart support at the moment: this is likely to be an APu feature. However, there is a workaround, which is a bit long winded, as it involves stacking multiple pie charts, with one slice each on top of each other: make sure that you are in draw persona. go to the quickshapes, in the left hand side tool bar. move your cursor to the box with the triangle, there you will see a tiny grey triangle. click on that tiny grey triangle. slide down the pop up menu, until you get to the pie shape. select it. place the pie chart on your page press command + j, for power duplicate (copy and paste in one go) once for every extra slice. use the red dots on the pie to adjust the vector size/position and rotation. now colour each piece with your chosen colours. Use the top tool bar to monitor and readajust your slices. Have fun! Hope that helps peter PS This subject has been talked about here... https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/1540-pie-chart-support/ test pie chart.afdesign Quote MacBook pro, 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB, OS X 10.11.6 http://www.pinterest.com/peter2111
