Try using a different internet browser, this usually resolves most download issues. Also check if you have any AV or Firewall apps running that may be causing the download to be slow. I’ve just replied to another thread where a Windows user’s downloads keep stalling at 18.3 MB. Is something similar happening for you? I see from your topic tags that you’re on macOS. A few more details about your system might aid the troubleshooting process (but the problem could be entirely at Serif’s end, of course).
