Marshall Frans
Hi! My problem is that whenever I export a logo or image to PDF/PNG without a background the image/logo always ends up with black outline. This has become a problem as my clients have come back to me a complained about it. I tried converting font, etc to curves and I have looked at the way I export e.g. Making sure that I my document has that the colour format and dpi match the export. PLEASE HELP!!! Staff MEB Posted April 20, 2018 Staff Share Posted April 20, 2018 Hi Marshall Frans, Welcome to Affinity Forums Do you mind attaching a screenshot of the project open in Affinity with the Layers panel visible and attach the exported PNG here so we can see what's going on? Thanks. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software

carl123
Windows Photo Viewer shows the png file with black lines/artefacts but no other photo viewing program I use does It looks fine to me I think the document is just too big for Windows Photo Viewer to render correctly Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
Staff MEB Posted April 23, 2018 Staff Share Posted April 23, 2018 Hi Marshall Frans, Thanks for the file and screenshots. The exported PNG doesn't have any artefacts here either. Please check in another viewer as carl123 suggested. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
