lacayoj
I'm hispanic and use Photoshop & Illustrator frequently. My main OS language is in spanish because I need it for my daily routine, however Photoshop and Illustrator both run in english because it's the language were the menus make sense, as well as the language used in 99% of the tutorials on YouTube. I'd STRONGLY suggest the ability to install Affinity software in a separate language than the main OS.
Flaz
Hi lacayoj, with the new beta versions you can change the language from the preferences menu, so it will be possible even in official ones.
lacayoj
Thanks Flaz, I downloaded the beta released today and changed the language to English, then restarted and it still changes to Spanish. The feature is not working still, just to give my feedback on the beta. Thanks,
Staff Andy Somerfield Posted February 23, 2015 Staff Share Posted February 23, 2015 Hi lacayoj, I am surprised to hear that this feature does not work - I will look into it now and hopefully have an answer for you soon.. Thanks, Andy.
Staff Andy Somerfield Posted February 23, 2015 Staff Share Posted February 23, 2015 Ok, I have tried to reproduce the problem, but am unable to. There must be some difference between our systems - I set "English" in the Preferences for Photo, then closed the Preferences - it asked me to restart and I did - then it was English. This was with a default-Spanish OS X - is this the same process you are doing? Thanks, Andy.

That is the exact same process I did. - Jaime
