Hello ricke76,

 

For dashes: 

just draw a circle and apply a dashed stroke to it. 

 

For circles:

1) draw a circle and apply a dashed stroke to it. Set the first field of the Dash to 0,05 (the minimum), then change the stroke width until the distance between the first and last circle match the other circles.

 

2) draw one circle (it works for straight dashes too), copy it and move it down vertically (it will be the opposite circle of the first one), group them, then press cmd+j to Power duplicate it. Without deselecting it, go to the transform panel, change the reference point to the middle in the square on the left, and enter 10º (or whatever value you want) in the rotation field. Press cmd+j continuously until the circle is complete.

 

NOTE: Dashed lines are currently only available in the Beta version.
