If you tap and hold on the brush in a menu list it will bring up the edit/delete/rename option list. Tap edit and on edit page set associated tool (at the bottom) to one of the options listed eg, brush.

This will show the name. Don't assign them all to brush as then they will not be available for other tools.

If you look closely at your second photo you will see a brush symbol against all the named brushes.

The second last brush however has no symbol assigned and no name.

The Studio Retouch brush set is a great example of assigning brushes to various tools. The symbol beside the brush tells you what tool has been assigned.
