Phil_rose
Hi all, I LOVE Affinity for making HDR and it is making me wildly regret buying Aurora! BUT I make a brush overlay layer and paint on it. All well and good but it is all or nothing. the brush completely adds to the mask. I can then change the opacity of the whole layer but I'd like to be able to paint in grey (say 50% opacity) as I can in any other area. Is this not possible or should I be requesting it as a feature? Thanks! Phil Quote I like turtles! Phil_rose
EDIT: I see that 'Hardness' actually does what I want. Never mind! BUT here's another question. Can I reverse the brush so I am REMOVING the overlay (like switching white to black on an adjustment layer)? It seems I have to Ctrl+Z if I get a stroke wrong. I tried using Ctrl, Alt and shift but none of them do it. Quote I like turtles! HVDB Photography
Do you mean the Overlay Erase Tool ? You can set the hardness of the brush ...
