What is your question? Cut, Copy and Paste commands are available via the Pasteboard flyout on the Commands ('...') menu in the Photo Persona, but you can only copy a 'marching ants' selection from a Pixel layer. If you try to copy from an Image layer, the entire layer will be copied (because it's a single object rather than a collection of discrete pixels).
