Watermarks

Does anyone know the best way to create a watermark on a transparent background?  I've been able to create a watermark on an individual photo.  However, I'd like to design a watermark that I can use on every photo I create.   Selling my photos online is my goal; but I don't want to post any photos unless they have a watermark on them.  Zenfolio allows its users to add a watermark.  If I could create a single watermark on a transparent background, then Zenfolio would add the watermark to each photograph.  I haven't had any luck using the clipboard.

 

Also, is there a way to create a macro of a watermark?  That would be helpful because you could create a macro and then use in batch processing.

 

Could anyone shed some light on this issue?  Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'm in the same position, but haven't been able to find an answer yet.

File > New - check Transparent background
Create your watermark

File > Export - choose PNG , name your file and export

Activate the Brushes TAB  - see attachment

click on the waffle icon in the top right
Choose  New Image Brush
Select your previous saved PNG file

You can now use your watermark as a brush
