Hi,

this is especially useful for macros.

A modifier to inert new layer below currently selected. Ie. Ctrl+click when using Layer->Insert new fill layer would insert it below the current layer.

This would also hold true for the button in Layer studio.

You can do...

Layer > New Fill Layer

then

Arrange > Move Back One

Which will move it below the originally selected layer

Both commands are recordable in a Macro

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

That's a workaround, I'll give it a shot for now. But a modifier would be more intuitive I guess in some cases.
