Is there a suggested color profile and export method for web graphics?

I've been testing how to get my exported graphics to look the same in the browser as they do in Affinity programs.

I found that the "Wide Gamut RGB" profile looks good and then exporting that profile with the image produces pretty similar results.

Is this the optimal method?

Thanks.

There is no way to force exported graphics to look the same in a web browser as they do in the Affinity apps. That is because different web browsers handle color management differently. A few ignore embedded ICC profiles completely & don't provide any color management at all; some substitute a default profile for the embedded one, some use the embedded one, etc.

For the most consistent overall results, sRGB is usually recommended as the 'lowest common denominator' choice.
