Cannot find store account

Hi there,

I bought Affinity Designer and Photo through the app store 29 November 2016. 

I would like to access my account (if that's possible) through the Affinity website but my email address is not recognized.

 

How do I create/reset/access my account?

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

The Mac App Store is managed by Apple and is totally independent from the Affinity Store which is managed by us. Apple doesn't share customer's information with developers so we don't have a way to know who bought the apps there. This means that you probably don't have an account in the Affinity Store yet unless you have bought the Affinity Designer Workbook which we sell there along with the Windows versions of our apps. The account you have in this forum is also independent from the Affinity Store.

So if you are trying to get the extras - which is what i suppose you are trying to do -, you have to create a new user account there filling in your details in the New to Affinity? tab and completing the extras "order" in order to be able to download them.
