AP for iPad has Blend Ranges - similar and even more powerful than the Blend If of Photoshop. For starters, check out this tutorial:

Flip the little triangle on the left of the layer, then select the mask by tapping on it.

O no this I know xD I mean select re select mhh wait  but I know the reselect tool.but I need when I have mask with out shadow mid tones and highlight and without RGB color how I can select?
