MikeHart
In Inkscape, I can tell the app to have a grid of a specific size. While creating spritesheets for games, I like to work on a square document with a size of 512x512 for an example. For this I set the grid there to in a size of 8x8 or 16x16. So far I don't see a possibility to define the grid size in Affinity which makes it less usefull when working on game related content for me. Did I miss a setting or is the grid size automatically set by the app? Quote Using an 2009 Imac with OSX 10.8.6.
kat634
I need to be able to adjust the grid also, for working with text blocks. I'd also like to have a ruler option of picas in addition to, or instead of, points.
Dave Harris
User defined grids aren't currently supported. You can create guides, though. There was some previous discussion here.
retrograde
This is one area of illustrator that's been sadly lacking for years. Some kind of "limited" user defined grid creation scenario would be a serious attraction for many. Common grids to start: isometric, perspective, etc... rui_mac 1 Quote http://www.kevincreative.com https://www.behance.net/kevincreative https://dribbble.com/kevincreative https://www.instagram.com/kevincreative/
