resunoiz Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 using the free hand selection, in polygonal mode, is possible to create "squared" selection. in photoshop pressing "alt" while creating the selection, it goes horizontal/vertical snap to create 100% vertical and horizontal selection segments. in affinity photo -windows 10- is somewhat possible? R C-R Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Is there some reason you do not want to use the Rectangular Marquee Tool for that? resunoiz Posted September 16, 2017 Author Posted September 16, 2017 yes. see attached file: is only a sample. I'm selecting an element to copy/paste in my rendering image to put it in a new level. It has some oblique lines, and vertical ones. So i'd like to select it with free hand instrument and have that side perfectly vertical. Quote
