Unable to download Macro Pack Vol. 1

Recommended Posts

I purchased Affinity Photo for macOS and iOS a few days ago. I have been unable to download Macro Pack Vol. 1. Clicking on the link to claim my free macro pack opens a page which asks for my name and e-mail address. When I click Submit, I am told that I have already registered my e-mail address. No links to download the macro pack are presented on this page.

Also, I cannot open my account on the Affinity Web page. Either my e-mail address or password are not acceptable. Clicking the reset button has not helped, because I have not received an e-mail reply from Affinity.

Can you clear this up for me.

Ken

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Ken. :)

No doubt someone at Serif will be able to sort out your account access problem.* As for your question about the free macro pack, please see this thread.

*Thanks to Lee's post, I see that I overlooked the fact that you have Affinity Photo for macOS and iOS, not Windows (which would explain why you don't have an Affinity Store account).

You will only have an Affinity Store account if you've purchased one of our Affinity apps for Windows or our Designer WorkBook. If you've only purchased for Apple devices, these are purchased through the App Stores using your Apple ID.

Thank you for your help, Alfred and Lee.

And the link that Alfred provided allowed me to download the macro pack.

Now I just have to get comfortable using Affinity Photo, and I am looking forward to it.
