I opened an EPS file created in Illustrator. Because of my strong beliefs in Affinity and the other apps which will be launched soon (Can't wait!) I'm preparing to throw away any unfriendly Adobe product off my friendly iMac  ;)

However...

I removed a white background, thus only keeping my logo. That's all.

I saved and there it was; my logo with transparant background, in Affinity format. No problem thus far. But then, it's easier to keep an EPS of every graphic design for the use of my co-workers. So I tried to export. Here's the issue: when opening the so created new EPS-file, there's completely nothing to see but en empty transparant background.

Any ideas?

Hi wlasoen,

There have been a lot of EPS-export-related changes made in the current beta version of Affinity Designer. It would be a good idea to check out whether this still exhibits the same problem that you're seeing. If so, we can definitely look at fixing that, but it would definitely be worthwhile you taking a look at the beta version first as there is a very good chance that it is already fixed :)

Thanks,

Matt
