voyager1
Hi, How can I rotate an image with specific angle? Thank you
toltec
Use the transform panel. You can apply a precise angle and decide which point you want it to rotate around. You can use that to rotate the whole layer or just an image component (image layer). If you do rotate the whole layer you will obviously have to play around with canvas size and edges (or cropping) as you will get bits in the corners that go missing. Quote Windows PCs. Fixx
I did not know you can rotate the transform panel. But it is not showing the correct angle (numerally). Is this a bug? (just kidding)

DavidMac
For the transform panel to be active you must have both a layer selected and the move tool selected. The blue transform rectangle must be showing in the image.

Fixx
You can also select crop tool and just drag document larger.
