Robchoc
Need some advice, please. I have 100 pictures and want to create a picture with 10x10 pictures. What is the best way to go about this as I don't want to have to open each picture one at a time, resize and place on the document, would take me all day? Thanks for any tips. :)
Alfred
Assuming that all of the pictures are the same size and orientation, you could simply create a document whose dimensions are ten times those of a single picture, and then use 'snapping' to place them all neatly in a 10 x 10 grid. Finally, resize the document to the desired size. Staff MEB Posted May 24, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 24, 2017 Hi Robchoc, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Adding to what Alfred said, to open all the images quickly as layers rather than independent documents, open a Finder (Mac) or Windows Explorer window (Win) and drag them all to the empty document with the correct (10x) dimensions set. Alfred
is this done in designer or photo? In a word, yes: the same method will work in either app. :) Robchoc 1 Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.4.1 (iPad 7th gen)
Robchoc
Not a viable method, my laptop says that affinity is not responding every time I try to do anything. :(I guess It's not powerful enough. It's a Core i7 with 16 Gig of ram. :(Back to the drawing board. Thanks for all the help.
