When uploading to instagram, the quality decreases too much

Well hello,
 
i just play arround with AD practice my self,
and decide to create icon logo.
done.
 
and tried to export with the setting : 400dpi, RGB, lanczoz, progresive, (JPEG)
 
after finished i plan to post it too instagram from my smartphone, but unfortunately the quality compressed too much, 
can anyone figure it out?

Have you tried exporting at the size Instagram requires, when you upload via their app, no or little compression has to take place.

yes just tried, the result is the same.

when i change color to darker, the result is better then first, but tbh that still far away from good exporting. hope we ll find a way

Maybe try PNG rather than JPEG?

Personally, I find JPEG works well for what it was designed for, photographic images, but PNG often works better for digital art.

 

I notice the other example that you linked has a plain colour background, instead of the radial gradient you are using. These types of subtle smooth gradients are one area where JPEG is often less successful.
