ItsQuesoTime
I was making a design with lots of Effects, such as glow and Bevel/Emboss. It just really bugged me when I made the design much smaller, that the effects didn't change with it. Basically my outline of the shape ended up almost fully consuming the shape in back rather than just having a faint black outline on the group. It is fine if it doesn't get added, I just thought I would ask just in case. Thanks for your time.
Aammppaa
Look for "Scale with Object (bottom right of effects window). Also: if your object has a stroke and you want that to scale on resizing, check that Scale with Object is selected in the Stroke Panel too. ItsQuesoTime
Thank you! I normally only use the advanced FX settings for gradients. Sorry for being so stupid and not checking there before posting. Aammppaa
Timespider
Hi ItsQuesoTime There is another post here about this issue. It seems people would like this scaling effect on by default which makes sense to me. Unless I'm missing something cfloutier 1 Quote Motto - STUPID HURTS!
