Transform options grayed out for rectangular marquee tool

Hi,

 

I have noticed that the transform tool box is not always "active" when I try to change the size of a rectangular selection.

 

 

When I switch the layers a few times, the input boxes suddendly become active...

 

 

Tested on Version 1.5.044 (RC)

Hey Mike, welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

I have reproduced this. It looks like it wants me to switch to another tool and back again before I can interact with the Transform panel. I've found a similar but different issue on the Mac too so that's two bugs I'll pass over. Thanks for the report and it's great to hear you're enjoying Affinity :)
