Staff MEB Posted November 28, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 28, 2016 Hi davidbjames, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Currently there's no way to select just a segment from a shape directly in Affinity Designer. To work around this duplicate the whole shape, change to the Node Tool, select one of the nodes and click Break Curve from the Action section in the context toolbar. You can then delete the nodes that you are not interested in until you get just the segment you want. Then with the segment selected press ⌘ (cmd) + J to duplicate it.
