johnno21 Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 F1 help tells me to "acquire" from the file menu for scanning but there is no acquire menu item in the file menu. I know my scanner (Epson perfection 4180) is being found by the program , as it self test when a program finds it, I usually acquire an image using WIA, not twain, and it is recognised and works in PS and other programs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Help is currently being updated to reflect this. Please see Mark's explanation of why this has been removed.
