ydarg
How do I get rid of the line inside of my objects that separates my outline from the filled area? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help! MOOP.tiff
Staff Lee D Posted October 5, 2016 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2016 Hi ydarg, Welcome to the forums. Do you have a stroke colour set, you can check by selecting one of your objects and then checking the colour panel. You can always link to a copy of your afdesign file so I can take a closer look. Staff MEB Posted October 5, 2016 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2016 Hi ydarg, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Are you using vectors (objects) to draw the fish or just painting with the brushes? If you are using vectors select the object you want to fill and set a Fill colour in the context toolbar right above the work area. If you are painting using brushes (raster drawing) you can prevent the white areas if you paint/fill the areas you want in a new layer below the layer with the black lines (so you are actually painting behind the black lines). Check this clip (no sound) showing the whole process. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference
