Viktor CR Posted April 15 Posted April 15 I am using multiple software calibrated screens, with different color profiles and two Affinity Publisher views of the same document, one on each screen. Color is rendered completely different, resulting in approximately the following distortion of the left view. The right-hand side (main window) is correct. Quote
NotMyFault Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Check the icc version of all color profiles. Affinity had some issues with icc4 profiles which are generated by some calibration software. Using multiple different displays is a complication where Affinity apps may reach its limit. Do the windows are fully contained within one display, or overlap across multiple? is the rendering correct when only one windows is opened and moved between the displays? which color space(s) do you use, all identical or mixed (sRGb, DCI-P3, AdobeRGB, …)? are all displays SD or HDR, and used in the same SD/HDR mode? is display brightness set to same value (at calibration time and while using)? Which color format / color profile does you use in your document? NotMyFault Posted April 15 Posted April 15 And try this test pdf, rendered on edge/chrome/adobe reader/affinity in your setup on multiple screens. https://www.color.org/version4ready.xalter note this tests the PDF import function, not the rendering. test fails for me, Quote Mac mini M1 A2348 | MBP M3 Windows 11 - AMD Ryzen 9 5900x - 32 GB RAM - Nvidia GTX 1080 LG34WK950U-W, calibrated to DCI-P3 with LG Calibration Studio / Spider 5 | Dell 27“ 4K iPad Air Gen 5 (2022) A2589 Special interest into procedural texture filter, edit alpha channel, RGB/16 and RGB/32 color formats, stacking, finding root causes for misbehaving files, finding creative solutions for unsolvable tasks, finding bugs in Apps. Viktor CR Posted Friday at 09:27 PM Author Posted Friday at 09:27 PM @NotMyFault thank you! I was using an LUT profile. Switching to a Matrix profile has helped. NotMyFault 1 Quote
