Window > Studio > Reset Studio not do what you want? (Not rhetorical. I don't know what that does & I don't want to test it.)

If that doesn't do it maybe try the CTRL startup Reset Studio option.

I'm on a MAC.

Doesn't matter. For both Windows & Macs you use CTRL to start up ti get to the window with the Reset Studio option.

So for example, if the Affinity app (which one?) is in the Dock, right-click on its icon there, wait for the popup menu to appear, hold down the CTRL key, & choose Open from that menu.

EDIT: but before doing that, please try the Window menu item suggestion (the Reset Studio item in the Studio submenu.)

No option, open from menu exists on MAC ? Is there a reason factory default doesn't work, or return to default workspace isn't an option?

I have no idea what you mean by "open from menu" but did you try opening the Window menu. Do you see a Studio menu item there with a filled triangle to the right of that? If so, what do you see when you click on it? As for Factory Default on the Edit menu, that is for resetting vector properties to the defaults, not for resetting the workspace.

Got it...Thanks.

So did Window > Studio > Reset Studio work for you or do you still have this issue?
