Komatös Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Hi @Chimere Charles and welcome to the forums. If you are using V1 and have purchased the apps in the Serif Store, log in there. In the account area, go to Menu. Click on My account. Select Downloads & product keys. If you purchased the programmes from the MS Store, you will find them under Library. The same applies to purchases from the Apple Store. To activate the V2 programmes, you only need the Affinity ID (account data of the Serif Store (email/password)).
