I need to resize (make smaller) a Publisher image. How?

I don't often use Publisher as Designer or Photo almost always serve my purposes, but I needed to add text to the Publisher image and a hyperlink on the text.

I know how to resize an image in Designe and Photo. Can I resize a Publishe image in Designer or Photo and retain the text hyperlink?

When you say "image" what are you referring to specifically? A placed or pasted Image layer, a Pixel layer, a text object, something else?

I am wanting to resize a photo and want some of the text on the photo to be a hyperlink. I figured out how to do the text hyperlink but don't see a resize feature in Publisher.

Again, what kind of layer is this photo in? Are the text & photo in different layers or what?

Please remember we cannot see what you do so we do not know how the file is constructed.
