Liquify Persona needs to remember user settings + Add Symmetry support

I often have to change the basic settings for the Liquify Persona multiple times as a result of the default settings always being weak compared to what I want to achieve with certain tools. Having different settings for each tool would also be quite useful, since certain tools work better with different settings like the Liquify Pinch Tool low Divisions and 100% Speed. Having Affinity save these settings per tool would make the Persona significantly more useful.

Also, the Symmetry feature from the brush tools in the Photo Persona should also be applied to the Liquify Persona tools as well. I have had to resort to workarounds for this like Linked Layers and mirroring because this feature is missing. This is especially useful for working on art design sheets for characters, vehicles, etc. where symmetry is very important to maintain.
