kaebiz Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I can't find anything on my photo 2 or designer 2 like the YouTube videos. I can't find pixel persona in designer. my select brush isn't a round brush circle but instead it's crosshairs and draws circles and fills in pixels. where can I find accurate videos for windows 11 ... Samsung book4 360 if that matters but I don't think. I think I'm watch videos of people that has Macs. Quote
thomaso Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Do you see the Toolbar in your Affinity apps? The persona buttons are in the upper left corner (unless you removed them manually). If the Toolbar is not disabled: Can you show a screenshot of your entire screen? What if you increase the brush size? Below a certain brush size only the crosshair is displayed automatically. There is also an app preference (> 'User interface') to display the brush crosshair cursor only. Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1

In V2, they have enabled using Caps Lock to prevent brush previews because some users found the previews annoying, so make sure that is not enabled. 3 hours ago, thomaso said: There is also an app preference (> 'User interface') to display the brush crosshair cursor only. ?? Not that I can find in V2. If there is one in V1 I can't find it. However, it is not the same as the V2 Caps Lock feature: In V1 using that option means the crosshair will always be shown in addition to the brush preview (assuming the brush size & zoom level can show it). This has not changed In V2; however, in V2 the Caps Lock option means the crosshair will always be shown instead of the brush preview at any zoom level or brush size.
