Cymes Conservation Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Dear Affinty Publisher V2, v.2.5.7 / iPhone Pro 16 / Mac OS HEIC files were supported under V1, however, an error message now appears using V2 informing that the format is not supported. I am using an iPhone Pro 16, therefore, it may be compatibility issue with this new phone? Quote

It's a result of a change made to Apple's HEIC format in iOS 18 impacting the iPhone 15 and 16 models... It's currently logged under AF-4369 awaiting a fix.
