  1. Create a normal facing-page document that starts on the right side.
  2. Create unlinked frames on the master with heading 1 in both
  3. Go to page 1, add a frame, stack in below the master layer, and generateĀ a TOC - the heading on the left master will be included in the TOC

I find this interesting because in 2.5.7, there is a ghost frame on the ghost left side of the spread so I can understand why it works this way even though it shouldn't. But 2.6.0, doesn't show the ghost frame in the Layers panel so I find it curious why it's being included. It makes me wonder if the ghost frame really is there but is just hidden from the user.
