AD 2.2.5.7, Mac OS Sonoma

When I lasso several objects, they show as selected in the layers panel, but only 1 has bounding boxes on the screen.  If I then option-drag on one of them on screen, nothing happens; I have to option-drag on the one that shows the bounding boxes.  But if I click select them individually on the screen, then they all show as selected, and I can duplicate the whole group by option-drag, as intended.

It looks like you have “Transform Objects Separately” switched ON in the Context Toolbar, but I can’t tell because the video doesn’t show me the whole application UI, so I can’t see everything that you can see.

When sharing videos (and screenshots) please make sure that we can see the whole screen.

I do have Transform Objects Separately on. So that is actually intentional behavior!????  I can't possibly imagine a use case for that.  Crazy design decision, if you ask me.

Yes - if you don't want it, don't set it - other people find it useful!

It's quite useful for resizing multiple objects, which is why I have it on most of the time.  Having it change the way lasso select works, but not click select is downright bizarre.
