Pencil Tool

I would like to know when you will fix the Pencil Tool. When working with this tool in SCULPT mode, AUTO CLOSE does not work. Every time I draw a complex line, I have to close it manually, which makes this tool completely useless!!!!!!!!!!! I am a vector illustrator and when drawing a sketch, the pencil is constantly used. I do not want to offend anyone, but even the free Inkscape can do such a simple function without any problems.

It works for me when I am drawing a new curve with the Pencil tool in Sculpt mode (& the end node is near enough the beginning node) but it does not work if I try reshaping an existing curve. I assume this is by design since they have decided that more frequently than not, users would not want reshaping a curve to auto-close it, but that is just a guess.

Regardless, I am a bit curious why you would want to use Sculpt mode with that tool if you are not trying to reshape an existing curve.

I use this tool when drawing sketches in vector format, that is, very often these are complex curves. At the moment, the AUTO CLOSE function in the SCULPT mode works correctly only if you draw a curve without lifting the stylus from the tablet and immediately close this curve. But in practice, when drawing complex illustrations, characters, you cannot immediately draw the ideal shape, you need to constantly correct something in the drawing and finish drawing, and there can be a lot of such curves. And each time closing all these curves manually is a headache, which absolutely should not be in a program of this level, since in fact this is a very simple function.
