If you installed the MSIX install version; the EXE is hidden in a special sandbox that many programs cannot access.   If Faststone lets you enter the path manually;   you can follow the steps described here: 


The other solution is to uninstall your Affinity products and re-install the MSI/EXE versions instead;  which install to te standard Program Files (or wherever you chose) that can be seen by third party apps.

I recommend installing the standard (non-sandboxed) MSI/EXE version, which allows for completely seamless external execution.
