Footnote doesn't fit even though there is space

I don't think this footnote fitting issue has been previously reported but I've encountered it several times. It was reported again today in the question thread below and I've created a test document along with a screen recording that shows that the fourth footnote fits when there is one fewer line of text in the right column, but it should obviously fit even with that line of text.

The issue "Bottom of Frame Footnote isn't fitting even though room at end of second column" (REF: AF-5346) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.3027). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
