Are you asking about the page size presets in the New Document window or something else?

If you mean that window, then you can select any of the presets in the Print, Press Ready, Photo, etc. categories & click on the Trash can button at the bottom right of the left side pane where they appear to remove them. You get an 'are you sure' confirm popup so you can click "Delete" in it to permanently remove that preset.

I’m referring to printing. When I choose PRINT, then PAPER SIZE - there a list of sizes that I’ll never use.

Those printing presets are supplied by the print driver & its supporting software, not Affinity. How they can be managed will differ depending on the printer & your OS. So what printer(s) do you have & what OS are you running?

On Windows you can go to the Control Panel, choose Printers then Preferences, and set a default paper size for each printer. Then, in the Print dialogue, you only need to choose the paper size if you want to change it from the default. I assume there is something similar on Mac.

I'm not sure but I think the OP is saying that in the Paper Sizes: dropdown menu of the Print dialog window there are paper ("page") sizes like "A4," "US Legal," etc., some of which he wants to delete from that menu. I don't see any way to do that with the print driver installed on my Mac for my printer -- IOW, it seems to be hard wired in that software.

However, I can create new custom paper size presets & from the dropdown menu choose "Manage Custom Sizes..." to delete any of them I have created. It is just the hardwired ones I can't delete.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. AFAIK, there is no way to edit the list of paper sizes in the printer driver settings (which is, I think, what is wanted), but if you usually print on the same size of paper (e.g. A4) you can set it as a default, rather than selecting it from a long list each time you print. (Which I thought was probably the problem: I can't see why else having a long list would matter!)
