Finally I can stop using the online converter for this https://cssunitconverter.com/inches-to-pixels/ and directly input inch size. Thanks. Equally, once you've created your document if you show the rulers View → Show Rulers you can right-click the top left of the rulers where the horizontal and vertical rulers meet and change the units from the dropdown there as well...
