Gora Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 Hello I am creating planner template in affinity publisher which I then want to take out print of size 12 x 10. How can I create new file with inch size in affinity publisher? Thanks. Quote
Hangman Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 Hi @Gora and welcome to the forums, In the Layout tab of the New Document Window in Publisher change the Document Units to Inches from the dropdown menu... Gora Posted November 30, 2024 Author Posted November 30, 2024 Oh wow that was so easy I feel like dumb now😅 I have a friend who told me that this can be done but I couldn't figure it out. Finally I can stop using the online converter for this https://cssunitconverter.com/inches-to-pixels/ and directly input inch size. Thanks. Quote
Hangman Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 No problem... Equally, once you've created your document if you show the rulers View → Show Rulers you can right-click the top left of the rulers where the horizontal and vertical rulers meet and change the units from the dropdown there as well... You can enter a value in any units, regardless of the Document unit, the application will convert it itself. https://affinity.help/publisher2/English.lproj/pages/Workspace/expressions.html Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.5.7.2948 (Retail) Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2, Build 26100.2605. Gora Posted November 30, 2024 Author Posted November 30, 2024 Got it. Thanks for the help everyone. I also enabled ruler, as hangman mentioned. I think it will help while designing. Thank you. Hangman and Pšenda 2 Quote
