V_rob Posted October 7 Share Posted October 7 Hi, as it appears on the video, the Sample window does'nt appear anymore. Other windows are ok, I can check or uncheck them. In Publisher and Designer Persona, it works. And if I open Photo separately, it works too. I already rebooted my mac. Nothing changed. When you initially select Échantillons (Swatches) from the Window menu it hides the content of the Couleur (Colour) Panel even though the Couleur Panel is still visible and still selected in the Window menu... Do you have or have you ever had a second monitor attached when running Publisher? If you have a second monitor is the Échantillons panel floating rather than docked and does it perhaps appear on the second monitor somewhere even if it's no longer connected... I've tested it here and it's working as expected so you may need to run a Factory Reset of Publisher by holding the Ctrl key while launching the app. When you see the Clear User Data screen, leave the first three options ticked, click the Clear button, let Publisher finish launching, and see whether that fixes the problem… Note 1: A factory reset will reset any customisation you’ve made to the tools panel and context toolbar... V_rob Posted October 8 Author Share Posted October 8 Thank you @Hangman I use Affinity on 2 monitors but the window was'nt floating on any other screen.
