Im high Posted September 9, 2024 Posted September 9, 2024 Hi all, is there a way to integrate the affinity designer to any cutting machine software? Quote
GarryP Posted September 9, 2024 Posted September 9, 2024 Welcome to the forums @Im high The answer probably depends on which cutting machine(s) you have access to. You can do a search in these forums for cricut to see various (often detailed) discussions on how to use a Cricut machine with the Affinity applications. If you are using a different type of machine then try searching the forums for its make/name. If that doesn’t help then if you give us more details someone might be able to help further. (I can’t help further because I don’t use cutting machines.) Quote
Im high Posted September 10, 2024 Author Posted September 10, 2024 Hi @GarryP thank you for the warm welcome and response! We are using Cutting Master or Graphtec studio, I am not sure which is which do I need to search in here to look for what I am looking. Hope you can explain it further for my understanding, thank you. Quote
GarryP Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 It only takes a few seconds to do a search for either, so you did you try it? Quote
Im high Posted September 10, 2024 Author Posted September 10, 2024 Yes, I did both, but no one has same scenario as me. will you be able to help me with this? Quote
GarryP Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 As I said above, I don’t use cutting machines so I can’t help much further with technical details or practical advice. However, if you tell us exactly which cutting machine you are using, make, model and any other specific details, then someone else might be able to help. The more information we have about your circumstances and set-up the better we can help you. You might be able to use (some of?) the help given for other machines, up to a point, but I couldn’t say because I haven’t had any experience in this area. You might also like to give us a bit more information about what you meant by “integrate” in your original post. If you can also share one of your designs with us then that will give us an idea of what you are working with. Quote
Im high Posted September 10, 2024 Author Posted September 10, 2024 Hey Garry, thanks for the support. I think I found an answer, I had the time to read some of the articles that may be related to my query, and I found some good help, now it is perfectly working and I am currently testing it. Cheers!
